Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali (couple trip)

Sometimes I forget that this isn't a 3-star hotel because of the low maintenance, lol. I called the reception for extra towels and water on the first night, and they never arrived. The second night I called for extra water; they said they would send someone, but no one came. On the third day, it was rainy, so I asked for an umbrella. They gave me a defective umbrella, which I couldn't close proper...

The hotel room given to us was absolutely disgusting. It was dirty, the room was very dim. When we first got there, the ac was barely working. Upon complaining, they did fix it, but it still took a lot of time for the room to cool. The bed sheets were very low quality, the sink and tap was dirty. The floor was not the cleanest. Staff barely spoke a word of English. Food was terrible. When we had our room made up everyday and they didn’t even clean it properly at all. They never replaced the toilet paper properly. One of the pools was green. Room service and front desk would take over half an hour to answer the phone. I feel the place only got its stars because of being across from the beach. Love Wyndham Gardens Kuta Bali, got a great deal. Very beautiful rooms and hotel. Big pool is magnificent for a morning swim. Buffet Breakfast, with speciality coffees, was lovely. Room service meals fabulous too. Just a little language barrier at reception so took a bit for communication. But thank you, really enjoyed the stay.

I recently stayed at *Wyndham Garden Kuta Bali* and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect — right across from the beach, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
