Villa Koura Kuta (solo trip)

What a place! Just fly in to Denpasar airport, drive less than 10 minutes and have a place to truely relax, quiet, calm, and all at a reasonable price. This is thee place to take a few days to shake off jet lag, and be central to so many day activities.

Villa Koura Tuban is located in a small alley, but it’s not hard to find and just a short walk out to the main road. The front desk staff were very friendly. The villa has a very Instagrammable design, but there were a few small issues. the shower was partly broken and a bit dirty, and the floor felt slightly sticky. Stayed here for one night to be close to the airport, but honestly I would stay here for longer next trip. Fantastic location, only 8 total rooms with a lovely pool. Reception very helpful. I walked to the airport (about 20 min) and a similar walk to ‘downtown’ kuta. Reception staff very friendly. Don’t think you can get a car right to front of Villa but very close. Scooters come right out front.

I don’t even know where to begin. This hotel was a complete disaster from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff and the hotel owner were really rude & unhelpful. Tourist from Toronto, Canada: Overall, amazing stay! Place was hard to find but the accommodation itself was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. We did not see any bugs in the room. The ac works perfectly as well. You can tell this place is new. The hotel itself is small but rooms are spacious and have a beautiful pool view. I would recommend staying at this place. We had a great time.
