It is a luxury hotel for sure. By all means, the location, the amenities, the services are all excellent. It is semi secluded also. That is why we opted for only three nights at this location before moved over to W at Seminyak. I feel their best option is their pool, all 7 of them, right outside our patio. Everything great. The hotel is amazing, they upgraded us and treated us very nicely for our anniversary. All the staff and workers are very nice and polite. Definitely recommended, I would have stayed longer if I didn’t have to catch a flight the next day. We got an upgrade at our room with nice decoration for our son’s 6 month old birthday. Staff are all very nice and helpful offering us all the baby amenities we need. Very baby friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the staff there are great too, offering food especially for our son. The swimming pools are also very nice here. Our son enjoy the pool so much.
