Kuta Beach Hotel (couple trip)

We came for karaoke one night. The staff were that great we swapped hotels. Beast decision great amenities close to everything and Balcony was better for my husband who smokes.

The hotel is priced very fairly. Its no 5 star resort but its extremly hospitable for the price paid. The rooms were clean and tidy. Great air conditioning. A lovely restraunt and pool area upstairs. The Manager Christian has been extremely hospitable and excellent customer service. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient right next to the beach! I didn't like my stay at this hotel. Rooms are not as clean as pictured. Mislead by the fact its rated above four stars. Bathroom not cleaned on the first room I was given. New room noticed slight stains on the sheets. Water doesn't get hot in shower. Musty smell in room. Hotel itself seems run down. Overall not what I would have expected. But it is close to alot of shops and stores in Kuta.

Great considering the price+ Traveling solo it was fine for me. Room good value for the location+ Good aircon+ My room here was quite small. There were one or two things in the room that could have used some maintenance, however they were minor and it didn't affect my stay or comfort. Service staff were really friendly.
