InterContinental Bali Resort (with baby)

Recently had an eight day stay…our fifth visit. No complaints at all. A fabulous hotel in every regard but especially the service. The Club Lounge was wonderful…special mention to all the staff there and especially the client service ladies. Spa was exceptional and we loved all the restaurants. Will definitely be back.

We spent 2 nights here. The property is huge. Intercontinental’s staff made us feel welcome and their hospitality was above and beyond. The only negative thing to say, is there is a really strong musty smell in the room. It did not go away on its own. Because we were celebrating our anniversary and they kindly decorated our room including putting rose petals in our bathtub we didn’t want to bother...

Spent 4 wonderful days at this resort, everything was seamless and effortless. The staff here make a huge concerted effort to streamline your experience, from check in to check out. This was the first hotel I stayed while traveling here in Bali. The value that came with it was simply amazing. My friend has the platinum card, which allowed us to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail party for free. The entertainment facilities were fun. Not too crowded. Friendly staff. Overall, 5 star experience for this 5 star hotel.
