Hotel Terrace at Kuta (couple trip)

All the hotel staff were very nice. The arrangement at the entrance helped us push the motorcycle to the underground parking lot. Everyone provided service with a smile. Can’t beat this hotel for top-notch value! We’ve stayed here on multiple occasions while passing through Kuta, and the price is unbeatable for what you get. The location is great, and the rooms on the 5th floor have really nice natural light. Highly recommended if you’re traveling on a budget!

The room was quite small and didn’t feel comfortable, and the bathroom door wasn’t working properly, which was quite inconvenient. The front desk staff were also very unprofessional and unhelpful throughout our stay, making the overall experience even more disappointing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place — it’s definitely not worth the price or the hassle.

Edit: since creating this review, I found out that my bed was absolutely putrid had markings and everything from the last guest they did not clean my room and they expected me to sleep in dirty bedding, With no regard whatsoever, I requested that he call his manager and he did not give one crap. We had 6 days' stay at the hotel terrace. Our experience was really good. All of the staff here are generally well-behaved and generous. The room service was good. Room was clean and tidy. P.S As it is nested in the heart of kuta City, you will hear a lot of late night music noise. Overall, yes, it is a good option for spending a couple of nights here.
