Location, which is Nusa Dua of Bali, is great. This is a good part/side of Bali, with calm waters, and the best hotels. This hotel, although not bad, is not a 5* (where did you see a 5* Holiday Inn 😀), and arguably is the worst one on the strip... although again it's not bad at all. I'd give it a solid 4*. It's a very comfortable, nicely thought through hotel. Fantastic place for people with kids...
