Worst of worst Service, they don't have any employee there, only husband wife taking care of this hotel. Most of the time they are unavailable. No hot water morning and evening. Owner is very arrogant. No helpful nature. For any help they charge extra money. Owner talk in high volume to guest. Worst people worst experience. Please choose some other property with same price.

Nice clean place to stay in a quiet part of Nusa Dua. Not the place for you if you want quick access to nightlife or shopping. Lovely workers fulfilled every request with a huge smile, we stayed five days and will be back.

Did not live up to our expectations, with no hot water for a shower either at night time or in the morning. I'd booked for 4 nights, but only stayed for 1 of those, and found a nicer place the following morning. Also, I paid for breakfast when I booked, but they tried to get extra money from me when I asked for breakfast. I will not be returning.
