How Baby-Friendly is Padang Padang Beach?

43%Baby-Friendly
View Map

What makes it 43% Baby-Friendly: A baby carrier lets parents reach the sand, and rented umbrellas give shade, but 120 stairs block strollers, no nursing or changing rooms exist, and toilets sit up the cliff, so visits are short.

⭐ 4.5/5 – Beautiful but can get crowded Padang Padang Beach is one of Bali’s iconic small beaches, famous for its turquoise waters, white sand, and dramatic rock formations. You enter through a narrow cliffside stairway, which makes the approach feel a bit adventurous — and the view when you step onto the sand is breathtaking. 👍 Pros: • Stunning scenery, great for photos. • Calm, clear water, p...

It is actually a good beach but very crowded when we got there. The steps were so much for my parents but glad that they made it down and up. Hope they find solution for older people like an elevator perhaps. But all good. The sand in the water wasn’t too good. Super rocky. The sand wasn’t very fine. In fact painful to walk. I suggest bringing water shoes. Surfing price is decent but would rath...

Very beautiful and scenic beach, loads of surfers there too. It has entry fee. However it is polluted, there is rubbish everywhere and we didnt see any bins. Given its no free access it should be cleaned way more.

This beach is undeniably beautiful and incredibly photogenic—easily one of the must-visit spots in the area. Access is via a stairway and there is a small entry fee, but once you arrive, the stunning views make it all worthwhile. The beach is nit very big but good for swimming. The water is generally inviting, though some areas have stronger swells and scattered rocks, so a bit of caution is need...

Nestled between towering cliffs, this small but stunning beach is perfect for those looking to escape the larger, more crowded spots on the island. The beach is accessed via a narrow gap in the rocks, which adds to its charm and gives it a secluded, private feel. The crystal-clear waters and soft, golden sand make ...
