Calm shallows allow baby paddling, but ferry access, uneven sand, no stroller paths, no nursing room or diaper table, and scarce shade make visits tiring; bring gear or limit stay.
Note: Mushroom Beach is 48% Baby-Friendly. You may want to consider other Baby-Friendly Things to Do in Bali for a more suitable experience.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: This allows time for baby’s beach play and naptime without rushing.
Gentle Beach Splash:
Baby can paddle in the calm, shallow water at the shore.
Tip: Visit around low tide for the safest water depth.
Sandcastle Play:
Build simple sandcastles on soft white sand.
Tip: Bring a small bucket and shovel to keep baby engaged.
Family Beachfront Meal:
Dine at a beachfront restaurant with high chairs.
Tip: Arrive before sunset for cooler temperatures and views.

One of the nicer beaches in Lembongan! Gorgeous clear blue water with calm waves ! There is a little sandy area to lay by the beach club and in front of the hotel which was perfect when the tide came up 🫶 there were also flags to swim between and lifeguards

A nice little beach with a few boats in the water. We went late afternoon and the boats didn't seem to be coming and going. They seemed to have docked for the night. There are plenty of nice restaurants around here. Only negative for me was the number or dogs who didn't care if they were practically sitting on you or not.

A really nice beach with plenty of restos to chose from. I'm glad my partner took me here as the relaxing atmosphere and amazing sunset photo opportunities made my day! Sadly, no umbrella opportunity (shade) and plenty of coral on the beach. I wish there were fewer boats on the beach as well but it was nice photo opportunity at least.

We walked to this beach during later afternoon, played around and then walked to sunset point. It’s only less than 15 min walk. It’s a bit crowded, beautiful nevertheless. Lots of cafes, marts, booking agents on the shore. It’s not as serene as other beaches in the same area but it’s family friendly and safe too!

Sadly not a good beach. Too many boots in the water, overall smell from diesel in the air, not much space, no possibility to rent sunbrellas or chairs. Go to another beach if your looking for swimming or relaxing beach experience
