How Baby-Friendly is Dream Beach?

45%Baby-Friendly
View Map

What makes it 45% Baby-Friendly: Babies may visit, but bumpy paths, no stroller lanes, zero change rooms, and dangerous surf force carers to carry the infant, improvise diaper changes, and keep activities land-based.

Positives:

  • On-request baby cots: Cots available in rooms at no extra cost with advance notice

Challenges:

  • Unsafe beach swimming: Strong currents and rocky seabed make swimming at Dream Beach unsafe for infants

Easy access to the beach. However, be cautious, they don’t recommend swimming due to the strong waves

It was good to chill. You can swim but with your own risk. That also written on the sign before you enter. I’d say it’s not the best beach for swimming, a lot of rocks on the shore. You can swim if you move a lil bit from the shore. Make sure you have a good swimming skill. But for chilling, it is a good beach.

Beautiful beach with fine sand. Cute swing at the entrance. Nice place to catch sunset. Not crowded. There’s a nice bar nearby to grab a drink and enjoy the scenic view as well. Right beside the Devils Tears attraction as well.

When we visited, the waves were a bit strong, so swimming wasn't ideal, but it was still perfect for relaxing by the shore and enjoying the natural beauty. The beac...
