Hopewell Hotel (with baby)

Had a great 2-night staycation here! Check-in process was smooth and we were kindly upgraded. The room was very clean, spacious, comfy and quiet as expected from a new hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of options, spacious seating too which is rare in HK. Gym was well-equipped and very clean as well, not too busy. All the staff were kind and responsive. Very happy with our stay here!

I would like to specially commend Jason from the concierge staff. He has been exceptionally kind and attentive to my toddler every time we returned to the hotel. I booked Hopewell hotel for a long-stay at the Executive city suite , this room type served our family well, it has space for an extra roll away bed and a cot. I appreciated the view overseeing the city and the harbour. We also appreciated the kitchenette with filtered water , a coffee machine and the microwave! We stayed here for a week from October 1st to 7th. Everything went wrong early – we mistakenly paid for other dates. When we asked to rebook or offer a discount on the new reservation, the hotel refused, even though we weren't in Hong Kong on those dates and weren't staying at the hotel, even though the hotel had received our money. The room itself was great, it was big, comfortable and had an amazing view of Hong Kong.
