Porto Fira Suites (couple trip)

Wow, what a great hotel! We were not expecting it to be on the side of a cliff, so this hotel is definitely not for those needing accessibility (many steps). The cliff also meant the views were amazing! The porter was able to take our bags from the transportation to the room. Breakfast was phenomenal and was at our private balcony every morning. The staff were very kind. Would go back :)

Amazing hotel, location and rooms. staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Superb view from the hotel and rooms. Since it’s on the edge of a hill - it is a good walk downhill and uphill to reach the main road. Porter is available and helps with the luggage. Good breakfast as well. Will recommend. Went in early December and we got amazing climate and leas tourists on the island.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The view from our room was stunning, the room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Initially the iron was missing, we called the front desk and they brought one right away! The customer service was phenomenal! They are very attentive to your needs and requests. We absolutely loved our stay at Porto Fira! The location and view were incredible and we were in walking distance of all of the restaurants and spots in Fira. The service was incredible and the breakfasts were delicious. We loved the hot tub on our private patio as well. The only thing to be aware of is the amount of stairs getting to and from the rooms- this didn’t bother us but could be an issue...
