My family of four reserved two rooms at this hotel from July 8th to July 14th, 2025. During the first three days, there was no hot water for showering, even though we tried many times. A lot of weird reviews here. But in truth there are really low quality rooms and also amazing rooms. We got the family suite. Couldn't be happier with the location and the view. Pure Santorini. This is one of the oldest hotels in Santorini having been established in 1970. For the money, it's a great value if you get the right room.

First of all, you need to be fit to stay in this hotel. There were just like 138 hill stairs from the breakfast area to our room!
