Lava Stone Hotel Santorini (solo trip)

If you don't mind staying out of Oia town center, this place is perfect. The rooms are very comfortable and, although the access is only by stairs, it's worth the stay (and the view!). The staff is very kind and helpful, and the room service was impeccable. If you find it troublesome to be in Ammoudi Bay and walk up the stairs to Oia, you can book a taxi for 20 Euros up to the town.

Vicki was the most incredible host, so helpful throughout our stay. So responsive to messages and had great recommendations! Unlike some photos online, the view actually matched the photos. Such a gorgeous view to wake up to with a cup of coffee or the shot of hotel-provided Μαυροδάφνη :) The honeymoon suite wasn’t available at our time of booking but our suite still felt like a honeymoon fairytal...

nice place- good view and good location. pretty close to the main view points. the hotel room had free water in the fridge, and the hotel room was overall clean, spacious, and big. the lady at the reception was very nice and friendly.

Lava Stone is an incredible place to stay. We stayed in the honeymoon sweet, the views were amazing, accommodation was very clean. Vickie was very helpful from the start, offering to organise and book things for us and nothing was too much effort. Thanks so much! We had a great time for the first stop of our honeymoon
