Iconic Santorini, a Boutique Cave Hotel by Sandglass (couple trip)

We had an incredible 3 nights at Iconic Santorini! The staff were all very friendly, the room was beautiful and the location is perfect. Staying in Oia or Fira is busy and crowded, Imerovigli is much more pleasant and Iconic is right in the prime location. The food, the views, the whole thing was great. We’d definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, we’ve not had a good experience. We’ve just arrived today but the disappointment started even before arrival, when we tried to liaise in relation to transport service. Despite having stated on the website that transfer is free from the port, they tried to charge us €70 (We had to remind them of their own terms). Something beyond the usual ! I recently stayed and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was spacious and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff and room view that gave rebirth every morning. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I want to highlight the excellent service and willingness of the entire staff, the hotel's amenities, the impeccable hygiene, and the unbeatable view. And above all, Eva's attention, who went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. Her kindness and cordiality were outstanding. I recommend Iconic for a special experience.
