Ambience Suites (solo trip)

Terrible experience! False advertising claiming they provide breakfast, but on arrival, they said it wasn’t available. Several other guests also expressed dissatisfaction about this misleading practice. To make matters worse, there were ants on beds, smelly towels, and too gross, even used sanitary pads still in the bins. Absolutely unacceptable, would not recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent service, clean and pleasant rooms. We had one with direct access to the poolside with a few loungers (out of season the pool is cold but enjoyable for a quick refreshing dip). During winter there are no facilities so can’t comment on breakfast or any bar etc. friendly check in and out and a quick walk into town for lots of bars, restaurants and shop options.

Stayed at this place for our Santorini visit. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and was delicious. The walk up the center of Fira is about 10-15 minutes. A beautiful sunset parking lot about 5 minutes away and a laundry service about 5 minutes as well. We booked via air bnb and it was all good.

Room is well appointed and relatively tidy, but there are some drawbacks you should be aware of. We found some stains that appeared to be blood stains on some of the pillows. The end tables in our room had wet paint on them (they painted over some coffee stains), but we weren't told about that.
