Terrible experience. We arrived and the apartment had one less bed than we had booked. They put a sheet on a sofa to make it look like a bed. The bathroom was very dirty under the sink. We booked two suites for 2 and 5 people. When we arrived, the suite for 5 people consisted of two double beds and a sofa. We called and said the fifth person would be on the sofa (not a sofa bed).
