Lavris City Suites (couple trip)

Mary at the front desk is amazing, so kind and she went over and above. Our room is immaculate and the location is right by the bus station Highly recommend

We had amazing experience here. The staff here is extremely nice and goes extra steps to make sure our stay is comfortable. We left a hat there and they even helped us to ship it to our next destination! The room is very clean and has Cretan themed decorations. The hotel is also a short walk from both port, bus terminal and city centre, so super convenient in Heraklion.

What a perfect place to stay in Herkaliin/Iráklio! A 10 minute taxi or public bus ride from the airport, stroll across the street to the central bus terminal and a ten minute walk to cruise ships or ferries in the harbour. The suites are modern and immaculate just a few hundred metres from the centre of Heraklion. The personal service provided by Mary, making sure everything was organised for our visit, including late check in and breakfast delivered to our room each day, was second to none. We really enjoyed our stay.
