Iraklion Hotel (solo trip)

Good location on the bus route to and from the airport. Decent breakfast. Otherwise poor, room is small and was not clean on arrival. Balcony is cramped and too noisy from road traffic to be comfortable even on the 4th floor. Awful view. We asked for a late check out (1 hour) but were simply refused.

This hotel should be one star at the most. It's a disgrace both for Greece and Crete. We have only spend one night before starting our vacation but we felt quite miserable. Rooms are furnished with some old office like furniture. Felt like it was cleaned last month. Bathroom look awful. Shower without curtains. Very nice hotel with easy asces from airport just 20min.via bus (many lines past here) Also very nice guy on reception he was very helpful and nice.Recomendation. Room are clean and you have everything close to hotel market,fast food... Also bed its very comfortable.

The only pro of this hotel is the location, close to the center and with the airport bus stop right in front. For the rest, it is a dilapidated place. The bathroom had a broken shower holder and a missing toilet flush button. The room had furniture full of stains of all kinds. Some stains were large and downright disgusting looking.
