Ignore the check in by app. This is not a tech dependent place. Comfy, clean and quiet which is what I needed. Nice views of Venetian harbour. It served its purposes though was on the exy side compared to other local places that I stayed at.

the staff was really nice and gave us a lot of advices and recommendations! we had a really good stay at infinity hotel. the location is good, in the center of Heraklion, kinda hard to park close to the hotel but not impossible. the room was big and clean

The hotel looks nothing like the photos. They’re taken with flattering angles, lighting, and likely editing. In reality, it’s more like a budget guesthouse. Our room had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The shower was broken and had no holder. Although it was fixed after we complained, it should’ve been checked in advance.
