I asked for a receipt for the €15 climate tax which I wasn’t aware of when I made the reservation I thought it was included in the price. Instead of providing it politely , the reception : "you are insulting us, we are a respectful 5 stars hotel, and not a random 2 stars establishment" which I found very unprofessional for a so-called 5-star hotel..in addition to the expired stamps that they sold...

This is an excellent hotel. The room was very comfortable, well equipped and quiet. The restaurant was excellent and breakfast, in particular, was superb. Throughout, the service was friendly, attentive and efficient. We did not use the pool but have no reason to think it fell below the standards of everything else.
