Disappointing. As others say more a 3/4 star hotel. Rooms were shabby and lacked maintenance such as door handles loose, patio doors not shutting correctly allowing draughts and skirting boards hanging off etc. Bathrooms were unfinished, no silicone around basement and tiled edges etc. showers sprayed all over the bathrooms making the rooms very slippery and requiring every towel we had each day t...

Christina in reception is very helpful. We also recommend the spa package. We had the Cretan massage. AMAZING. Thanks to Jenny and Caterina for their help. Also a special shout out to Giorgos the buggy driver and Demetriu...

We arrived late at night, around 10 PM, and were given a room that smelled strongly of dust and mold, more like a 1-star room. With a 1 year and 3 months old baby, it was very difficult to spend the night there. The next morning, we went to the reception to ask for a change. At first, ...
