Babies have a paddling pool and high-chairs, but no nursing room, few shade spots, many uneven paths, and stairs that complicate stroller use, so visits require careful planning.
Why 2–3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Enough time for a splash in the baby pool, a farm visit, and a gentle village stroll with café break without rushing.
Baby Pool Dip:
Let your baby splash in the very shallow pool beside the main pool.
Tip: Bring a sunhat and baby float. Open May–October; supervise at all times.
Animal Farm Visit:
Meet and feed goats and sheep at the on-site farm.
Tip: Ask staff for small feed portions. Hold your baby securely when petting.
Gentle Village Walk & Café Break:
Push the stroller along flat cobbled lanes, then rest at the "Beautiful Crete" café.
Tip: Request a high chair or baby-changing table. Avoid narrow alleys off the main circuit.
On-Demand Babysitting:
Book hourly babysitting through reception to explore the folk museum.
Tip: Reserve at least one day ahead. Confirm rates when you arrive.
Pools and outdoor areas open May–October. Visit in spring or autumn for milder weather and fewer crowds.

Very basic, but has all the facilities needed, it has a lovely pool, restaurant area, food and bar is good. Many steps, up and down to whete you need to go but it is a Traditional Cretian village set in the mountain. Views are stunning though.

We toured the village from our cruise ship and did not stay in any rooms. However, the experience was AMAZING! Beautiful and quaint village to walk around. Seeing the 'museum rooms' was so fun and enlightening. The food they served us for lunch was so fresh and tasty! The dancers were great. I joined them even though it was 98 degrees.
