Vision Omonia, Athens (couple trip)

The hotel is beautiful in theory – very central with a lovely rooftop pool. The breakfast is great, and the rooms are spacious. However, our room didn’t have any natural daylight, so we could literally switch between “day” and “night” lighting ourselves. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and my requests were handled promptly. I especially appreciated the quick room service and the courteous staff in the restaurant. I felt very welcome and would be happy to stay here again. 🌞🇬🇷

Overall it was a good hotel. Good location for you to walk into town. I wouldnt want to walk any further out, as it starts looking a bit dodgy. The room was a 2 x double. Which is a good space, but i would only suggest for a short stay, as theres no daylight into the rooms as the windows were internal. There was great views from the roof and the pool was clean, but a little small.

Everyone we told we were staying here tutted about the "dodgy neighbourhood" implying it was dangerous due to the local junkies and sex shops but if you are familiar with London it's really no different than parts of there.
