This was the worst hotel experience I have had in my 35 years of traveling around the world. I chose this hotel because it claims to be a 5-star property, but unfortunately it is far from even a 3-star standard. I stayed in a junior suite, and the bathroom had only one face towel and no body towels at all. However, the most disappointing part of my stay was the staff’s behavior and attitude. At 6...

Long time not being at a true 5 star hotel where they do reserve all the stars. Theoxenia Palace holds al the ingredients to deserve all the starts they have and beyond. Amazing well-maintained building building with plenty of services (gym, spa, exterior and interior swimming pool,..) and excellent service. All in line with the Kifissias district style :-)

Major rip-off. I spend about 100 nights a year in different hotels and this one sits comfortably at the bottom. Massively overpriced. Rooms are old and dirty. No proper showers (in the tub). Breakfast of terrible quality. There is a surcharge for using the spa. The only positive is staff and friendliness.

The building looks cool from outside, great architecture and all, but the rooms are poorly maintained. The shower head was not working properly and the bed was so bad, I couldn't sleep at all. Some of the staff are lovely but some are head strong and that comes across pretty rude.
