There was absolutely no check-in guidance, and no one was at the reception. I rang the doorbell multiple times but no one showed up, so I had to wait downstairs until another guest arrived and let me in. This was very inconvenient and unacceptable for a place that accommodates guests.

The staff is terrific. Very quick responses to emails before going. There are two quick elevators holding four people each. They have a secure front door that needs a code to enter, very safe. We stayed in the Blue room with a huge comfortable balcony with a view of the Acropolis.

Stayed last week and honestly I was impressed. The neighborhood is very good, close to stygma square, 4 mn away from the metro station. Its very central. Staff are super friendly and room are spacious. We had the apartment with a nice terrace. Thank you and will definitely be back
