Piraeus Theoxenia Hotel (couple trip)

I was in the room and someone suddenly barge into the room at 10pm, what is the hotel staff doing at people's room around 10pm. I feel like my privacy being intruded, this is unacceptable as there should not be any people or staff that barge in during this hour
