Ilisia Hotel Athens (couple trip)

Love this hotel. Recommended!!! Clean, good service, yummy breakfast! Great staff, greeted by the asst mgr when we arrived. Great location; walkable to Metro. There was a taxi strike so the walk is manageable. Must visit the eateries within 15 min walk, recommending Pita Pan €.

Spent couple of nights in the hotel, and overall experience was amazing and will definitely consider going back. The localization is in decent and safe district (based on feelings and facts), especially comparing to other places in Athens like Onomia that I also spent a night at. The place is nice, clean and quiet. A set of free cold beverages was in the fridge, which is a great help considering the climate. The only tiny problem was a small leak in the shower cabin, but it didn't really bother me.

I didn’t book the hotel myself, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! Stayed on the 6th floor in a very clean and well-kept room. The hotel is nice. Although, there is very poor management. Me and my buddies used the gym downstairs as we were waiting for our rooms to be ready. After using the gym we hopped into the sauna. Unbeknownst to us, the sauna was not “for use” and that we had to “finish up finish up” and leave. After, they informed us that we would have to pay €45 for the minimum of 16 minute sauna use.
