Absolutely Wonderful Stay! The staff was incredibly lovely and kind—always smiling and ready to help. The hotel itself was spotless, super clean in every corner. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great hotel! Reception staff were great, and the option to order food to the hotel was a welcome surprise. I had no trouble with the area, it felt completely safe. You can find some homeless people around, but they aren’t dangerous and especially tourists should feel empathy towards them instead of fear and distrust. Lovely friendly hotel, clean, very accommodating & friendly approachable staff, breakfast was a lovely continental meal with good selection. Immediate location was lovely, next to nice clean restaurant & coffee bars. Roads further afield were not good, didn't feel safe to walk any further as there were a few streets with a high volume of homeless people laying over the pavements
