7ATHENS (solo trip)

The staircase was spiral and dark, with no elevator. There was no room service, and upon request, they informed us that it was every two days. The washroom and shower room were the same room, which was only half a meter by half a meter.

Good location but not spacious. Check in process was easy and doors with codes worked every time. Good location for sightseeing and popping back regularly, nearby to nice bars and restaurants

Good hotel with very good quality/price The hotel is fully automated,.you get a code before coming for the main entrance and your bedroom. Nice and clean room with good bed and decent shower place. Really close to Athens center and to bars/restaurants/bakeries. You don't hear the sound from outside but you can hear other hotel residents going through the stairs

Do NOT stay here if you need to use the internet - so slow it was unusable (see photo - screenshot of speed test, with result: less than 1mbs!). Man in charge tried to claim this was normal for Greece, and I shouldn't expect wifi "like in Northern Europe". I had to go to a cafe to look at tourist websites, and to check in.

Too much money for a tiny, claustrophobic room. Cleanliness was a 6/10, amenities were lacking, as were shelves or hangers, nowhere to lay your things, hang your towels, place your toothbrush. Internet was useless, choppy and slow. Mosquitoes drove us crazy during the night. No headboard, which made for an uncomfortable downtime. Do better.
