The place is amazing of course but the entrance location was wrong and we had to walk around the place at 35C heat! when actually we were 200 miters away from the real entrance. Please correct locations so people won’t waste their time and energy !

Temple of Hephaestus – Athens’ Hidden Gem Tucked inside the Ancient Agora, the Temple of Hephaestus is one of the best-preserved ancient temples in Greece. Its elegant Doric columns and peaceful surroundings make it a perfect spot to soak in history without the crowds. Built between 460–420 BC, it’s a quiet reminder of Athens’ architectural brilliance. Magical, it truely is. Greece has so much history. A true testiment to the hard work and knowledge they had to be able to build these magical places we are lucky to be able to walk through today. With this temple that is mostly complete is beautiful and I only wish we could walk through it to feel the history between the walls and poles.

If you're in Athens, you have to see this! It's the best preserved temple in Athens and you can really take in the grand scale of what the Greeks could do. The land below the temple is also impressive to see the other ancient buildings in the area.

The Temple of Hephaestus is one of the best-preserved ancient structures, offering a vivid glimpse into classical antiquity. Standing before it, you can almost picture life as it was centuries ago. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit—it's the kind of place where time slips away, and you could easily spend hours exploring its history and atmosphere.
