If you’re looking for another thing to visit in Athens, this is the one! Amazing place with beautiful trees as well. The museum is included in the ticket price, there are clean bathrooms,… We paid 20 for an adult and this is definitely worth the price.

This spot is a neat archaeological find right in the middle of Athens. It’s super close to the Acropolis, so you can easily check it out. Even if you don’t have a ticket, you can see a lot of the Roman Agora from the nearby streets. Just a little note: there’s not a ton of shade, so don’t forget your water, sunscreen, and a hat! It tends to be way less busy than the Acropolis, which makes it a chi...

A small, but interesting site within walking distance of the Acropolis and worth a visit, especially if you have the combi ticket that allows access to the Acropolis and others within Athens. Due to it being small, when we visited it was quiet too, to the point that we almost had the site to ourselves while wandering through the columns, which was particularly nice. Much like a few other sites, su...

Not a “must see” in the Athens list of historical sites unless truly an aficionado, mainly as the other sites have so much more to see/learn from. The tower of the winds is interesting but you can’t see inside all that well, and the site overall is more of a storage facility for pieces of marble from other sites. But it is only €10 for entry and very quiet. And has a local tortoise.

A worthwhile visit, especially as part of the multi-site pass, though definitely Our shortest visit of the 7 sites. Only felt we needed about 30 minutes to see what was here. Even without a ticket, it’s easy to see from the outside, walking around the fences, as it’s so central in Athens. But the combo ticket it worth it to see the 7 included sites.
