Villa Lutèce Port Royal (solo trip)

Close to Metro stations and amenities (supermarkets and cafes). We found the area to be good and the hotel suited our needs. Staff were friendly. Rooms of typical size and quality for this price range in Paris.

I have already sent a letter of complaint. This hotel is advertised as 4 star but in reality is 2 star. The whole place needs updating, many things are broken, staff do try but seems they cannot locate anyone to do maintenance, eg one of the electrical sockets the front plate fell off (not safe). Nice room with interesting decor on the 3rd floor, a good base and location for a few days to sightsee the city. Comfortable bed, good facilities with nice bathroom. Sometimes we could faintly hear the residents in the next room, although it didn’t matter to us.
