One of the worst interactions I've had with an accommodation. It started with their horrible inflexibility regarding cancellation options when I've contacted them 3 weeks prior to arrival (medical issue reducing 90% of personal mobility; thankfully I managed to partially recover prior to departure) and continued when checking in. Absolutely outstanding hotel - probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in - everything was sparkling! Loved the little apartment feel, having a full blown kitchen felt like such a luxury. Comfy beds, very quiet as well. Staff were lovely and attentive. Staycity has really set a new standard for affordable hotels. Will be back!

Really liked our stay at the hotel. Clean and fully equipped rooms with all kitchen appliances, cutlery, iron and everything else. Polite and helpful staff. The area around the hotel felt safe and had two supermarkets nearby. The walk from metro station might seem a bit quiet at night but it was very safe. Well connected to the city centre through metro. Overall a good stay.

Stayed here for three nights when we were in Paris and was pleasantly surprised by the place. Our room was clean, compact and had everything we needed.
