Check in was smooth. Gael and his concierge team especially Ahmed, and Gabin. They were helpful from the arrangement of hotel pick up until during my stay. One important thing to take note of is some rooms have no escalator access so you need to use the stairs. I was lucky as Ahmed was very helpful to help carry my luggage up to my room and down from my room. Breakfast has limited choice.

From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, we were overwhelmed by the doormen and bellman knowing my name and treating me and my family like we were "their" family. This hotel was such a wonderful surprise! I needed to go to Paris for a few days and didn't have time to do research. It is located bear the Eiffel Tower in a great neighborhood with shops and cafes just down the block. I ABSOLUTEL LOVED IT. The staff could not have been more accommodating.

The location is perfect It's 4 buildings and in the middle is a lovely garden The staff is amazing and very helpful, especially in the morning staff for breakfast. They waited an extra time just for us to finish our breakfast, even though that we came late. However, the rooms are a little bit old furniture need to be renewed But the bed is very comfortable and clean rooms

What an incredible hotel. The staff are super friendly and the place is simply stunning. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve had and I would definitely go back. At dinner time it’s a very popular spot so you will see it get quite busy with affluent locals. It’s very central location and the concierge can get you access to anything. Highly recommend!
