Novotel Suites Paris Expo Porte de Versailles (couple trip)

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The front desk service was excellent – the staff were extremely helpful and went beyond their usual duties. They not only stored our luggage after checkout but also assisted us by providing Navigo cards, which wasn’t really part of their job, and even helped us book a cab. Hotel room was perfect, very clean, all facilities we needed for two adults and one child. There was a curtain to divide the room if needed. Extremely welcoming staff, very helpful throughout our stay. Located right at a metro stop, plenty of local places to eat too. We will definitely be returning to stay here when we return to Paris. We loved it here

Perfect hotel for visiting as a family exploring Paris. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and well-equipped. Very quiet at night. Right beside a metro station. We would love to stay again sometime!

Hotel over all clean and updates with nice shower rooms.Hotel location very sketchy not in the best area. I didn't feel safe walk around past 9pm. Asian manager maybe GM was very nice and did what she could make stay better. In the end at check out middle eastern lade at front desk was very nasty and snappy to my son. I would say over all 3 stars best I can give!

Although it's located in the 15th arrondissement on the outskirts, requiring subway transfers to get anywhere, we were quite satisfied with our stay.
