Australian family of 4 visiting France for a week, loved the location of the hotel — super convenient as it's right next to the station (Gare de Lyon) and super close to good food as well! Our rooms were also super clean and the room amenities were always restocked promptly - thanks Nelly!

Basic hotel in good location. Room adequate and simple. Polite service. Dinner left a lot to be desired (especially vs the cost). Breakfast was passable although identical every day with not a huge amount of choice. Move the coffee machines out of the corridor. Redecorate dinning room to something more cosy..

The proximity to the gare is great and staff was extremely helpful and very smiley. Room.were good size and very nice. We had our kids sleep on the sofa bed and they were comfortable (6&8 years)

- reception is very kind and welcoming. Great free breakfast buffet menu. This is my third year in a row in the hotel. Room are spacious with nice sofa and large screen TV. Very clean room. The cleaning crew member Maty does a very good job every day.
