Very friendly staff, good beds. Small bathroom, but good shower. Breakfast ok - nothing special, but € 12 for an all you can eat hotel breakfast also isn't that much. I really don't understand the negative reviews. My room was very clean and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The location isn't overly pleasant, but that can hardly be blamed on the hotel. This was a great place to stay in between two train journeys and it is excellently connected with just a short walk from the metro.

I had a very mixed experience at this hotel, and unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives. On the positive side, the room itself was mostly clean, the bedsheets and towels were fresh, and the staff was genuinely very friendly. The location is relatively central, so you can get to many places quickly. However, that’s where the positives end. The walls are dirty and clearly need repaint...

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience at this hotel was absolutely appalling. It started off on a positive note — the receptionist was polite and welcoming.
