One star is already too much for this place. Do NOT book here. We arrived and were immediately treated terribly by a staff member with a not so good attitude. We arrived from Dubai and booked two rooms at Le Clef Champs-Élysées. From the start, the stay was uncomfortable — on our second night, the hotel asked us to change rooms. They moved our belongings from one room to another, and during this process, one of our bags — a Chanel bag — was stolen. This was not just any bag. The room and amenities were nice and the location is amazing, but the service specifically the house keeping was not up to a luxury hotel standard. They provided inconsistent service and had to be constantly reminded to clean our room. One day we could hear various staff arguing in the hallway outside of our room which was unprofessional as well.

The hotel is excellent—clean and new, with generally good facilities. However, housekeeping service is slow, and sometimes the evening turn-down service is not done, which affects the overall comfort. We hope the service can be improved to match the quality of the hotel.

We were a little nervous arriving to this hotel due to some recent bad reviews - but we’re extremely delighted by how wonderful the hotel & team were! We arrived on an overnight flight and they were happy to store our bags and there was ample room in the facilities to change & refresh.
