The hotel is very well situated for accessing public transport and there are some nice places to eat in the area. The bathroom was very small and the light in the bedroom is poor once you move away from your bed. There is surprisingly little street noise given the location. Rooms were very clean and comfortable! The staff here is super friendly, there is free coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours a day & always someone at the front desk. The free breakfast was very good, there was a variety of pastries, eggs, oatmeal, and fresh orange juice. Also right across the street from the gare de l’est train stop. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Paris!
