Anais, Ghani and Ali have been excellent all throughout our stay. The room was also thoroughly cleaned. We are glad that we chose this hotel for our stay and look forward yo coming back.

We were affected by the Eurostar cancellations and needed to find a wheelchair accessible room with easy access to gare du Nord. We booked for one night with flexibility for a second. The accessible room was excellent. Plenty of space, easy access to the room and shower room. The comfortable bed and best pillows we've found in any hotel made this a relaxing comfortable night.
