Citadines Place d’Italie Paris (with baby)

Our wallet with money got stolen in their luggage deposit room. And some staffs were rude at the reception. Room was good overall and very far away from all attractions and tourist places. No hot water . Worked very rarely and super rude response from staff as if they are paying me to stay here. Stupidity at its peak

The hotel is very clean, has reasonable price and very well located. İt has access to metros 5,6,7 which takes you to almost anywhere, also buses are well circulating. Check in staff from Morocco is friendly and great; we were early and the room wasn't ready, so got to leave luggage in the storage room. Spent 7 days. Came as solo muslim travel. The staff was nice. Room was clean. The location awesome, just a steps away from metro, shopping mall, city park, restaurants. You can get free tea/coffee at lobby. You get iron, closet, kitchenette that fully equipped (even the dishwasher) and the bed is really comfortable. There's wifi, AC & heater that worked well.
