The location of the hotel is excellent. We arrived around noon and originally just wanted to leave our luggage, but when I asked about an early check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be allowed into the room right away. Where do I start? First, the front of the hotel is NOT ACCESSIBLE by car, so the taxi dropped us of on a sidewalk where there were steps to walk up with our suitcases. No one from the hotel is there to assist. A young man from the hotel next to it, Novatel, came to help up and brought our luggage to our hotel. For management to review regarding the front desk staff member on duty at 8:40am on September 8th. Their poor attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable for someone in a guest-facing role. As someone who has managed multiple 3 to 5 star properties, I would not have kept this person in a front desk position. This choice of employee reflects poorly on management.

Rooms are bigger and more equipped than expected (fully equipped mini-kitchen including a small dishwasher). Good view over the place / Fontaine des Innocents. Could get a little louder at night because of all the restaurants around. Probably a nightmare if you have to drive there, half the streets are pedestrian only. However, walking, metro, Uber/Taxi no problem. Would go there again.
