The staff was unhelpful and unpleasant; the older man at reception was rude and kept giving us strange looks, as if we were bothering him. There was mold in the bathroom, which was not great. On the other hand, the price is lower than most hotels in the area, so if you can get past the mold and the unfriendly, rude staff, it’s an acceptable place to stay.

This Aparthotel is so beautiful! After one night stay I’ve decided to come back here with my family for a holiday next summer. Because Marseille is also over my expectation 😃 Room is cozy and clean. bed is comfortable. Kitchenette is fully equipped. Half moon floor to ceiling window can be opened for fresh sea breeze. Reception is friendly and efficient.

Clean and comfy, breakfast fine. But location 1km from either nearby Metro. Bedside lights didn't work, they were not interested to fix them.

I asked kindly if the can refund money because of this exceptional sit...

Everything in the room worked. It is not 5 star but the room was clean, the breakfast was Ok, the staff were helpful, respectful and friendly. The beds are Ok but the mattresses are showing signs of age by sag...
