The rooms could be better. Many basic conveniences were lacking such as garbage pails (which seems minor but simply not sustainable for a multiple day stay). I stayed here for 4 nights. Check in was smooth. Receptionists are helpful. Room, kitchen & washrooms were clean. AC was optimal. Hot and cold water available 24/7. Easily accessible with all means of transport (Metro, bus, cabs). Lot of eateriers nearby. Neighborhood was quite and safe. Best in the price range.

Although a little far from central Paris, it is extremely well connected via the underground station that's just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The staff was very helpful.
