Aparthotel Adagio Paris Malakoff Châtillon (solo trip)

The room was equipped as a small apartment with cooking facilities. I appreciated the availability of ice-cold water from the lobby, and the location while not particularly close to the metro, is within walking distance. Overall, no complaints - did not expect toiletries, and none were provided.

Stayed here for 3-4 days during Paris visit. Room was okay, but the service and food variety were very poor. Compared to the price they charge it was not upto the mark. Also the food variety was same without any changes for continuous 3 to 4 days. Melanni helped us through all the reservation process while on call! I was uncertain cause of its location and I cancelled the reservation but ended up reserving back again. She was very helpful throughout the process while all of this happened in just a matter of two calls. She dealt with us very professionally! Venus was great too!

The front desk (a Black male staff) kept saying I “don’t speak French” even though I was trying to communicate. He was rude and dismissive, clearly showing racial and language bias. I felt humiliated.Is racist

The Hotel is not bad, it is located a bit on the outskirts, but still the location is fine. The price is a bit too high for the type of rooms they offer and the service. Of course you have free tea at the reception, something that is charged in other hotels. I had the sensation that the room was not very clean, they never changed the towels during my 3 days staying.
