Aparthotel Adagio Paris Centre Tour Eiffel (solo trip)

Probably one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. From checking in they tried to up-charge me and did not allow us to get the room we booked due to my kids 3 year old and 6 year old. Made me pay $800 more for a 4 night stay. At that point I had already paid for my hotel through booking.com. Great hotel apartments, which are clean and stylish and some views over the eiffel tower. Most things needed to cook provided, although no oven. Nearby supermarket and short 15-20 min walk to Eiffel tower. Didn't try the breakfast, but looked like a good selection.

Basic rooms but fully equipped. Comfortable bed. Bathroom needs updating to walk in shower. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was varied and plenty too each. Dining area a bit like a hostel. Although outside the entrance is not pleasant to look at but the no 30 bus stops outside which we used a lot. About 15-20 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower.

The room was well appointed You're really paying for the location. Easily within walking distance of many attractions. We arrived early and they were able to offer us a room immediately which was nice.
