Residhome Nice Promenade (solo trip)

The rooms were tidy, clean and big. Had all the necessities you needed. Good balcony. Aircondition working perfectly. The service from the personell was just okay. The look on their face when we had a problem with the dishwasher was if we were the one to make it malfunction. We had to ask them 3 times to fix it. But otherwise great hotel 🏅😊

Great little place. Clean, spacious. Cute little kitchenette with microwave, fridge and all the necessities (e.g., plates, cutlery, mugs, etc). Concierge is friendly and helpful. They have a nice rooftop terrace with lounge chairs you can hang out at. Rooms have their own balcony as well.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is a walk away from old town or main area of Nice, which isn't a problem if you are OK walking 15 to 30 min to get where you want to go. Being a bit out of the way made it quieter which was nice. Beach is a 5 min walk away. This place has parking however the spots are really tight to get in and out of.

I i’ve been a client for five years, came here twice in a year for six nights, one time I came for a whole month Dott I always ask for a higher floor and at least not on the street side and that is the third time that they do the opposite one time they put me on the ground floor and I have a cat that could run away and this time they gave me a second floor on the street side . The area is decently quiet and close to the beach. You have to pay for your extras, as well as take your garbage out and do your dishes. Not a big deal, but good to keep in mind. Room was comfortable with good air conditioning, the patio was nice. Wifi was really poor in our room and the single elevator for the entire building was sometimes inconvenient.
