I had one of the best customer service experiences thanks to an incredible employee named Ziab. After missing my flight, I found myself stranded at 2am with no available rooms. Not worth the cost or time at this Novotel due to one particular staff member. Mr Jean Pierre/Jean Mance. He was rude from the start, late at the pick up at the airport. Then almost drove us off the road, was driving onto the sidewalk fast, while we had a child onboard. He simply did not answer questions and spoke terribly to us. Greet location to airport. Shuttle pick up short walk from terminal 1. Front desk staff very helpful. Rooms and hotel were nicely renovated! Service in dining area very good. We had very good options after arriving late for a light supper.

The room provided was not like the one online. The front desk staff is not friendly and is incapable of providing precise driving instructions as to where to park and how to get to the airport. It is impossible to get water and ice from room service. The hotel is near the Nice airport, clean and comfortable rooms except for the AC that cannot be controlled.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant charges additional for room service but we’re told upfront about it which is good and the food was nice. Airport shuttle service was good value add. Lots of issues with lifts not working, access cards not working, Room air conditioning outlet having water leak if temperature set below 22 degrees.
